From September 9 to 11, 2026, the 27th China International Optoelectronic Expo (CIOE 2026) was grandly held at the Shenzhen World Exhibition and Convention Center (Baoundefinedan New Hall). Under the theme "Optics Unite, Forge a Brighter Future," Phenix Optics presented a full series of innovative products—including optical components, metal parts, visible/infrared lenses, machine vision/industrial lenses, medical endoscopes, scientific instruments, intelligent controllers, and intelligent imaging products—at Booth 1B56 in Hall 1, demonstrating its vertically integrated capabilities from core components to intelligent systems.

Optical Components: Precision Manufacturing Empowering High-End Applications

The optical components section showcased a full range of precision lenses, including spherical, aspherical, flat, prism, and cylindrical lenses. The miniature high-precision special-shaped prism, with an outer diameter of only 7 mm, is designed for hybrid solid-state LiDAR, enabling large field-of-view scanning. The apertured flat mirror features a high-reflectivity coating with R ≥ 99%, while the flat mirror achieves diffuse reflectance ≤ 0.5%, widely used in automotive LiDAR. The smallest diameter of miniature spherical lenses can be machined down to φ1.1 mm, meeting the high-end application requirements of medical endoscopes. Plastic optical components are available in processing diameters from φ3 mm to φ100 mm, with PV accuracy up to 0.3 μm ± 0.2 μm.

The metal components section displayed a series of products including lens barrels, cam barrels, bayonets, die-cast and precision-machined parts. Lens barrel processing covers diameters from 6 mm to 240 mm, with accuracy up to IT6 grade. Cam barrels can achieve wall thickness as thin as 1 mm and can machine more than 12 curved grooves. The ultra-low reflectivity oxidized metal structural parts adopt a patented iron-based oxidation process, achieving diffuse reflectance < 5% and specular reflectance < 1% in the 905–950 nm near-infrared band, with no discoloration after 1,200 hours of UV exposure, widely used in automotive LiDAR lenses.

LiDAR lenses cover solid-state 120°/140°/180° and 360° omnidirectional perception series. The semi-solid-state integrated transceiver optical assembly offers excellent stray light suppression and automotive-grade reliability. The 8MP automotive OMS lens, 8MP/69.7°, uses a glass-plastic hybrid + OD3 filter, with stable temperature drift and anti-interference performance, used for in-cabin passenger recognition and occupancy monitoring. Automotive projection lenses are IATF 16949 certified and maintain precise focus across the full temperature range. 4K security fixed-focus lenses adopt a glass-plastic hybrid structure, delivering excellent starlight-level low-light imaging; fisheye lenses achieve a 180° panoramic field of view; ITS zoom lenses support multi-focal switching and infrared co-focus.

Infrared thermal imaging lenses cover short-wave, mid-wave, and long-wave infrared bands, compatible with various detector specifications, with focal lengths from 6.4 mm to 100 mm. All products feature optical athermalization design, ensuring stable imaging across the full temperature range from -40°C to +80°C. Multiple continuous zoom lenses offer high optical axis stability, and new products use chalcogenide glass for the first element, providing better cost-effectiveness. They are widely used in security monitoring, industrial temperature measurement, outdoor night vision, low-altitude flight, and other fields.

The machine vision/industrial lens section exhibited 25MP 1.2", 10MP 2/3", and 12MP 1/1.7" low-distortion industrial lens series, with distortion ≤ ±0.1%. Line-scan lenses cover 16K/8K and 4K series, with a maximum image circle of 60 mm, offering mature solutions in lithium battery, panel, printing, and other industries. Motorized focus lenses support fast autofocus, suitable for dynamic inspection and intelligent code reading.

The 10 mm laparoscope supports 4K UHD resolution, color rendering index > 92%, and can withstand over 500 high-temperature high-pressure sterilization cycles; the 4 mm sinuscope supports HD resolution. Also on display were core components such as objective lens assemblies (5-element cementing), rod lenses, and coated prisms, with a monthly production capacity of 1,000 units. The company has been deeply engaged in optical endoscope processing and assembly for many years, possessing excellent precision alignment capabilities.

The debut of the Insight3 panoramic multi-dimensional microscopic imaging system integrates panoramic optical scanning, depth-layer capture, and time-series dynamic tracking. The system supports large-field seamless scanning and stitching to fully present the sample; relying on multi-dimensional reconstruction technology, it reconstructs planar slice data into 3D structures, clearly presenting the spatial relationships of the sample. The visualized workflow covers five steps: XY scanning imaging, Z-Stack depth stacking, Time-Lapse time-series recording, deconvolution computation, and 3D reconstruction, making the operation intuitive and efficient. The BME300-B intelligent all-in-one LCD digital microscope features a 10.5-inch touchscreen and Android 11 system, supporting wireless/wired interactive teaching. The BMC600 metallurgical microscope is equipped with a brightfield/darkfield 5-hole nosepiece, EDF depth-of-field fusion, and image stitching, mainly used for inspection in semiconductor, LCD substrate, integrated circuit, and other industrial fields.

The company exhibited products including the electrolytic-capacitor-free EC fan driver board, booster pump driver board, AC/DC auto-adaptive solar deep-well pump driver board, and liquid-cooling pump controller board. The EC fan driver board covers a power range of 0.75–5.5 kW, with an all-film capacitor design for ultra-long life. The liquid-cooling pump controller board supports multiple power supply specifications and can be applied to data center liquid cooling, energy storage temperature control, charging pile liquid cooling, and other scenarios.

The mini camera features a built-in 0.5 TOPS NPU, supporting rich vision algorithms; the smart camera inherits the classic optical DNA of the Phoenix 205, equipped with a self-developed 25MP lens and AI imaging engine; the infrared telescope has a resolution of 640×512 and a detection range of 1.5 km; the microscope camera is 48MP, supporting WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2.
